Circle D Civic Association is managed by an elected seven member Board of Directors. The Board meets a minimum of six times each year at a day and location to be determined.

Mission Statement

​

The mission of the Circle D Civic Association is to preserve the natural ambiance of the Circle D subdivision sections 1-9 and section East, promote the safety and security of Association members, enhance the quality of life in Circle D, and conserve Association financial and physical resources.

Annual dues are $125. According to the By-Laws, Section 7.2, it shall be the duty of the Board of Directors to:

​

1. fix the amount of the annual association fee against each parcel at thirty (30) days in advance of each calendar year and fix penalties for delinquent fees as authorized in Article 12, herein;

2. send notice of each association fee to every Owner subject thereto within (30) days of the beginning of each calendar year; and

3. at the discretion of the Board, foreclose the lien against any property for which association fees are not paid within thirty (30) days after due date or to bring an action of law against the owner personally obligated to pay the same.
